When do I get access to the platform?
Full platform access opens on June 15, 2026. As a founder, you'll also receive an invitation to our May beta. You'll be emailed at every stage — nothing slips through.
Is the $49 really locked in forever?
Yes. Public pricing at launch is $129/year. As a founder, you pay $49/year every single year — as long as you stay subscribed. That price never increases for you.
What if my exam isn't listed yet?
Tell us when you enroll. We actively prioritize the exam catalogue based on what founders request. If enough people request an exam, it moves to the top of our build queue.
What's your refund policy?
30 days from launch date — full refund, no questions asked. We're building something new and we want to earn your trust completely before you commit long-term.
I'm a parent — does one subscription cover my kids?
Each subscription covers one learner. If you have multiple children, contact us — we'll arrange a family plan. Tutors with multiple students should reach out for group pricing.
Do you support non-English exams?
Yes. French, Spanish, German, Hindi and other language exams are part of our global catalogue. We're building for the world, not just English-speaking countries.
How is payment handled? Is it secure?
Payments are processed by Stripe — the same infrastructure used by Amazon, Google, and millions of businesses. We never store your card details. Annual billing, cancel anytime.
